Riot claims Valorant has “Precise Gunplay” - gameplay that heavily discourages movement while shooting. He has a cs style molly(almost), and flash. I reached diamond 3(before ascendant rank was introduced, and immortal was after dia3) played sova without knowing lineups, just threw shit anywhere i felt was good for the most part, and almost never used shock darts. You can have a lot of success playing this game just by pure aim alone. The big difference being the abilities, they are the utility equivalent to csgo, albeit more diverse and unique, you're gonna have to learn what each character has and does, and which class they belong to(duelist, sentinel, etc)Ībilities in valorant are easier to use compared to utility in csgo. 1 second wait before your bullets become accurate, compared to csgo where the bullets are accurate the moment you counter strafe. I have a few thousand hours of CSGO and the earlier CS games. I have played CSGO a fair bit and I am at a decent level (MGE). I have absolutely no idea about anything in valorant, basically brand new to the game as a whole I have heard the games are pretty similar, so I would like to learn how to play valorant so that I can play with my students. I am a teacher who loves CSGO, however, all of my students don't play CSGO.
